221494B is an insert for the original mount. It is not a full replacement for the bushing.
Inserts are mainly used in motorsport.
The bushing is not equivalent to the original rubber parts.
The bushing transmits vibrations to the body.
To install the 221749 bushing, it is necessary to reuse the metal element.
Use a 15 mm drill bit for this purpose.
