Our Process:
- We carefully inspect the subframe and arms for straightness and cracks.
- Parts are completely sandblasted to bare metal.
- We weld a reinforcement kit for maximum structural rigidity.
- Finished with high-quality powder coating (Komaxit) for extreme corrosion resistance.

? LOGISTICS & EXCHANGE SYSTEM
We build these products using original parts. In the configurator, please choose the variant according to your engine and preferred exchange method:
1. EXCHANGE (Refundable Deposit €180 / €300):
The fastest way. Choose the variant according to your engine (316-328 or 330). We ship the goods immediately. You install our reinforced subframe and then send your old, undamaged part back to us. Once it arrives, the deposit (€180 / €300 depending on the model) will be immediately refunded to your account.
2. PURCHASE WITHOUT RETURN (Deposit stays with us):
If you do not have an old part to exchange or want to keep it, choose the variant with the deposit (316-328 or 330) and do not send your old part back. In this case, the deposit serves to cover the cost of acquiring a new "core" for our further production.
3. RECONDITION YOUR PART (No Deposit):
Select the "Send my part first" variant. You order the product and send us your old part in advance. We will then ship a reinforced piece back to you immediately (or after refurbishment). You do not pay any additional deposit.
Condition for Deposit Refund: Your old part (subframe + 2 trailing arms) must not be bent from an accident, have stripped threads, or be rusted through.
Custom Upgrades (Upon Request):
We can further equip the subframe and arms with the following for an additional charge:
- Additional bearings and custom Uniball configurations.
- Weld-on adapters for dual brake calipers (Hydraulic Handbrake).
- Reinforced differential mounting points.
- Sway bar attachment reinforcement.
